I just watched the Outdoor Life Network coverage of the 2006 Iditarod and was so proud! Jeff said so many fun things about Salem - how he was his extra gear - how everyone better watch out because Salem was so hot - it made me so proud.

Salem is not only bragged about in the film - he is now in Nebraska at some fancy celebration of this year's Iditarod win. (I wonder if Jeff gave him another bath... He got one in Nome - and it certainly looked like he loved it - ha.)
